Saudi Arabia’s Tawakkalna App added 40 new digital services during July in collaboration with 24 government entities, further expanding the range of services available through the Kingdom’s comprehensive national digital platform.
The latest additions form part of Tawakkalna’s ongoing efforts to provide users with easier and more efficient access to government services through a single, unified platform. By bringing together services from multiple public entities, the app aims to simplify digital interactions, reduce the time and effort required to complete procedures, and enhance the overall user experience.
24 Government Entities Participate in Service Expansion
The 40 new services were developed in cooperation with a diverse group of government entities across several sectors.
Participating organisations include the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Media, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saudi Tourism Authority, General Authority for Real Estate, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
Several universities and other government agencies also contributed to the latest expansion, reflecting the growing integration of public-sector services within the Tawakkalna platform.
The initiative supports efforts to make essential government services more accessible by allowing beneficiaries to complete a wider range of procedures digitally without having to navigate multiple platforms.
Continued Growth of Tawakkalna’s Digital Services
The July expansion follows a significant increase in the number of services available through Tawakkalna in June.
During that month, 40 government, private and non-profit organisations added 160 services to the app. The new services covered a broad range of sectors, including education, healthcare, municipalities and housing, justice, environment, transportation, economy, labour, social security and tourism.
These services were introduced through partnerships involving ministries, government authorities, universities, private-sector organisations and non-profit entities, further strengthening Tawakkalna’s role as an integrated digital gateway for services across Saudi Arabia.
Supporting Saudi Arabia’s Digital Transformation
The continued expansion of Tawakkalna reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader focus on digital transformation and the development of integrated government services.
By consolidating services from government, private and non-profit entities within one national platform, Tawakkalna aims to make everyday transactions more convenient and accessible for users.
The expansion also contributes to improving service efficiency, reducing the need to use multiple digital channels and saving time and effort for beneficiaries.
As additional entities and services are integrated into the platform, Tawakkalna continues to strengthen its position as a central digital access point for individuals seeking government and other essential services in the Kingdom.
The ongoing development of the platform is expected to support a more connected digital ecosystem while enhancing user experience and contributing to improved quality of life across Saudi Arabia.
